Gabrielle's face and shoulders in profile, standing on the steps of the United States Supreme Court

Hi. I'm Gabrielle.

I'm an audio journalist and producer. I love stories that help me see the world a little bit differently, and I try to tell stories that do the same.

I'm an audio producer at ProPublica where I am helping to develop ProPublica's first weekly show. Before that, I produced Vox's daily flagship news show Today, Explained. I also lead-produced Vox's narrative series Good Robot about the ideas and communities driving the AI world. At WNYC, I produced and reported for More Perfect, a narrative show about the Supreme Court, and The Experiment, a show about people navigating our country's contradictions, from The Atlantic Magazine and WNYC Studios. I got my start in journalism at PBS FRONTLINE, where I helped produce Frontline's investigative audio series The Frontline Dispatch, and for Ken Burns where I worked on the editing team for a PBS series about Muhammad Ali.

I've been featured across public radio, including Reveal from the Center for Investigative Reporting, NPR, Planet Money, Code Switch, The New Yorker Radio Hour, Latino USA, and On the Media. Before becoming a journalist, I trained as a classical violinist for 16 years. Everything comes full circle, because I've found my way to a new kind of sound.
